After absorbing what Naruto said to her, Sakura decided to lend her skills to aiding the Shinobi Alliance as she originally intended. When Naruto escorted Sakura to the medical camp, the ninja were fearful of her because of her appearance and how she was originally on the opposing side, which she expected. However, Ino and Shizune, who were assisting the medical division and were aware of what happened to Sakura, were there to welcome her. Ino tearfully embraced her best friend and expressed her regret about what happened to her. Shizune told Sakura that when the war was over she and Tsunade would do everything in their power to help her. Sakura was overcome with emotion by how the people she had trained with for the past several years still accepted her despite her current form. Upon seeing the two Leaf Ninja welcoming Sakura, the other members of the Alliance began to accept her and any help she could give them.
