Using the Curse Unsealing Justu, Sasuke was able to create a new body for Sakura's consciousness from the flesh of her heart. As Sasuke drew Sakura's chakra out of her puppet body and into her heart, it began to grow in size. The flesh began to take a different shape. Eventually it took the form of Sakura's original body before Sasori had destroyed it. Sakura was overcome with emotions as she was once again flesh and blood. Sasuke had given her back her life. As she looked and felt her new body, all she could do was cry.
